“The Gospel according to Q”

It is well known that the Gospel’s of Matthew and Luke share much of the same material not found in Mark. Though much of Mark’s content is also found in Matthew and Luke, the delta content (that which is not found in Mark) suggests Matthew and Luke drew upon a second source hypothesized as “Q” to derive their material. Dan Wallace has an excellent primer on whether or not some alleged source (known as “Q”, short for the German Quelle, or “source”) existed from which Matthew, Mark, and Luke derived some/much of their content.
