Since its release on Friday, November 20, 2009, this declaration has almost 50,000 signatories.
The Manhattan Declaration calls all Christians everywhere to uphold and defend:
1. the sanctity of human life
2. the dignity of marriage as the conjugal union of husband and wife
3. the rights of conscience and religious liberty.
And, yes, I signed it. Even if you do not agree to sign it, please take the time and read it.
