Full of Grace, Seasoned with Salt, and Social Networking

For those who are not observing the dialog from an earlier post I made on divorce and re-marriage (which means just about everyone but 3 people), I highly encourage you to check out the comments made by William Luck. In my estimation, bloggers, Facebookers, and all social networkers can learn much from William (a.k.a. “Bill”) when engaging others on controversial topics in Christendom. Whether discussing divorce-remarriage, men-women roles, charismatic gifts, God’s sovereignty-human responsibility, worship wars, et al., everyone should take time to read his carefully crafted arguments and sensitive pastoral tone and seek to apply the principles that guide his responses.

Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
Colossians 4:6
